When you create a new SparrowDesk account, we automatically set up a default business hours schedule for you. This helps ensure your customers know when your team is available and when they can expect a response.
The default business hours are created based on the timezone detected from your browser settings during signup.
Working days and times: By default, the schedule is:
This means your business is considered functional Monday through Friday, and off during weekends.
You can change the default settings to match your company’s actual working schedule:
Go to Settings → Business Hours.
Edit the name, timezone, and working days/times.
Click Update Changes to save.
