AI Agent - Configure Persona
The Persona Configuration settings in SparrowDesk allow you to customize the identity of your AI Agent, ensuring it aligns with your brand and creates a consistent experience for your customers. This configuration focuses only on how your agent looks and is identified, not on response styles or handover rules.

Agent Name
- You can set a custom name for your AI Agent.
- This name will appear in your Inbox and inside the Chat Widget when the AI Agent is interacting with customers.
Custom Avatar
- Upload an avatar image for your AI Agent.
- This avatar will be displayed in both the chat widget and the inbox, making the agent feel more personal and aligned with your brand identity.
Best Practices
- Select an agent name that feels approachable and consistent with your company’s tone.
- Upload a professional or brand-themed avatar to build familiarity with customers.
