What currency do you accept?

All SparrowDesk subscriptions are billed in US dollars ($).


How can I pay?

The easiest way to pay is by adding your credit card in your Billing settings.

We also support wire transfers — just reach out to our billing team for details.

How can I add a seat?

You can add seats anytime through Settings → Billing → Seats.

  • When you add a seat, you’ll be charged a prorated amount between the day you purchased it and your next billing statement.
  • You won’t receive a bill immediately — SparrowDesk will send a consolidated invoice the following month to keep things simple.

How does SparrowDesk charge for additional teammates?

You can invite new teammates anytime you want provided you have enough seats left to occupy.

Adding seats or co-pilot seats

When you add seats to your SparrowDesk account, we will charge you for a pro-rated amount for the remainder of that month or year.

You won't receive a bill immediately though.

To keep your inbox tidy and invoices simple, SparrowDesk will aggregate all charges for new seats in a given month, and send one consolidated bill your way.

If you are typically billed annually, you will still receive these additional invoices on the next month to reflect any new seats that have been added in the prior month.

When seats are removed, the unused value will not be refunded in cash. Instead, it will be credited to your account and can only be applied toward future invoices.


Are there seat minimums?

Yes. All SparrowDesk plans require a minimum of one seat.


How can I change my billing information?

You can update your billing details at any time in your Billing page:

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Payment Methods.
  • Click Edit payment details to update your card, billing address, or tax info.

How do I see my past invoices?

You can find all of your invoices directly in the app:

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices to view or download your past invoices.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your SparrowDesk subscription at any time.

However:

  • Payments are non-refundable (monthly or annual).
  • You will not receive credits for future use or cash refunds.
  • You remain liable for the full upfront fee for your chosen subscription period, even if you cancel early.

What will happen to my free AI Resolution credits when I subscribe to a plan?

  • Every SparrowDesk account comes with a free AI Resolution credits.
  • Subscribing to a paid plan does not remove these free credits — you’ll continue to have them until they are used up.
  • Once you’ve used your free quota, the feature pauses unless you enable paid usage.
  • If you enable paid usage before your free quota runs out, you’ll only be charged after the free credits are used.

What will happen to my free AI Resolution credits if I cancel my plan?

  • Your free credits stay with your account for life.
  • You can continue to use them until they reach zero.
  • Keep in mind that cancelling your subscription stops renewal — any payments you already made are non-refundable.

What will happen to my free AI Resolution credits if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

  • Your free credits are lifetime and tied to your account.
  • Plan changes don’t remove them
  • After plan-based credits are used, SparrowDesk will apply your lifetime free credits first, then bill for extra usage in your next invoice.

What will happen to my free Co-pilot credits if I upgrade or downgrade my plan

  • Co-Pilot seats work like normal seats when it comes to billing.However you will get free credits to use for all the teammates if you are on a trial.
  • Co-pilot turns off for that teammate once their free credits are used up. To keep using Co-pilot, you’ll need to purchase Co-pilot seats.
  • If you add or remove them mid-cycle, charges are prorated and appear on your next invoice.

When I subscribe while on a free trial, does my subscription start immediately or after the trial ends?

  • Your paid subscription starts after your trial ends, so you can enjoy the full trial period before billing begins.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

  • Cancelling your plan stops renewal, but your data is not deleted right away.
  • You’ll still be able to access your account until the end of your paid period.
  • After your subscription ends, your data remains available for export. If you need extended data retention, please contact our support team.

If I cancel my subscription, can I keep using SparrowDesk until the end date?

  • Yes. Cancelling only stops auto-renewal.
  • You’ll have full access to SparrowDesk until your current billing period ends.



How are invoices generated?

  • When you subscribe, you are charged immediately, and your billing date is set.
  • Your billing cycle will renew every month or every year from that date, depending on the plan you choose.

How does billing work when I add seats or Co-pilot seats?

  • Adding seats mid-cycle is charged pro-rata (only for the remaining period of that month or year).
  • You won’t receive a bill immediately. Instead: SparrowDesk aggregates all new seat charges within a month.You’ll get one consolidated invoice the following month.
  • If you’re on a yearly plan, you’ll still receive these monthly invoices to reflect additional seats.
  • If you change your plan (upgrade or downgrade), those charges are billed immediately.

What happens if I remove seats or Co-pilot seats?

  • The unused value is not refunded in cash.
  • Instead, SparrowDesk will issue a credit to your account.
  • This credit can only be applied to future invoices.
  • The same policy applies if you downgrade your plan.

Can I change my billing frequency later?

Yes. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime b your Billing settings.
