How do I create an account?
You only need an email address to create a new SparrowDesk account.
- Go to https://app.sparrowdesk.com/signup
- Enter your work email address.
- Click Sign Up.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from SparrowDesk.
- Open the email and click Verify to activate your account and access the platform.
What if I didn’t receive the verification email?
Sometimes the verification email may take a few minutes to arrive. Here’s what you can do:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- From the signup page, you can resend the verification email (up to 4 times).
- If you still don’t receive it, reach out to our support team at [email protected] for help.
What login methods are supported?
At the moment, SparrowDesk supports two ways to log in:
- Email + Password: Use the email address you registered with and your account password.
- Single Sign-On (SSO): If your organization has enabled SSO, you can log in directly through your identity provider.
Other login options (such as social logins) are not supported right now.
How do I log in to my account?
If your account is verified:
- Visit https://app.sparrowdesk.com/login.
- Choose your login method (Email + Password or SSO).
- Enter your credentials.
- Click Log In to access your account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you cannot remember your password:
- Go to the Login page. Enter your email and click on Log In. If the email is already registered, you will see a screen where you can enter your password. Below the password field, there is a Forgot password? option.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
Important:
- If you are not receiving the reset email, make sure you already have a SparrowDesk account registered with that email address.
- Also check your Spam or Junk folder.
What happens if I enter the wrong login details?
For security reasons, SparrowDesk temporarily locks your account after multiple failed login attempts.
- If you enter the wrong email/password combination 4 times in a row, your account will be locked.
- You’ll need to wait 5 minutes before trying again.
- After the wait time, you can attempt to log in again with the correct credentials.

Can I change my login email?
At the moment, SparrowDesk does not support changing your login email from within your account.
- If you need help with your registered email, please contact our support team at [email protected].
- We may introduce the option to change emails in the future.
There are two ways to get help from SparrowDesk:
- Chat widget on our website: Our AI agent can answer most common questions instantly.
- Email: If you need additional assistance, you can reach out to us at [email protected].
How can I check SparrowDesk’s uptime?
You can always monitor SparrowDesk’s uptime and service status on our dedicated status page https://status.sparrowdesk.com/
This page shows if all services are operational or if there are any ongoing incidents.
