Pricing depends on the plan you choose, the number of seats your team needs, and your usage of AI features like Co-pilot and Resolutions.


Pricing for Agent Seats

When you choose SparrowDesk, you can select from three plans — Starter, Professional, or Enterprise.

  • Free Plan — $0
  • Starter Plan — $16 per seat/month (billed annually)
  • Professional Plan — $49 per seat/month (billed annually)
  • Enterprise Plan — $89 per seat/month (billed annually)

You’ll be charged based on the number of agent seats you add. Each seat provides full access to all plan features and is billed per teammate.There is a one-seat minimum across all plans.

Prices shown on our website exclude taxes. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your invoice.


Pricing for AI Co-pilot Seats

During trial , every SparrowDesk teammate automatically gets free AI Co-pilot credits to try out Co-pilot.

  • Co-pilot turns off for that teammate once their free credits are used up. To keep using Co-pilot, you’ll need to purchase Co-pilot seats.
  • Priced at $16 for seat

Every teammate during trial receives 10 free AI Co-pilot credits


Pricing for AI Resolutions

AI Resolutions help SparrowDesk automatically generate answers for your customers, using the content you’ve connected.

  • Every account includes a free quota of AI Resolutions.
  • Once you’ve used your free quota, the feature pauses unless you enable paid usage.
  • If you enable paid usage before your free quota runs out, you’ll only be charged after the free credits are used.

Every SparrowDesk account includes 30 free AI Resolutions, then $0.49 per resolution after that.


Billing frequency

SparrowDesk offers two billing options:

  • Monthly — payment upfront, renews every month.
  • Yearly — payment upfront, renews every year, with added savings.

Payment methods

  • Pay directly with a credit card in-app.
  • Alternatively, contact our team to arrange wire transfer payments.
